Lighting

Fixtures rarely fail on their own. Most lighting calls start with a circuit that was never sized for what got added to it after the fact, a landscape transformer feeding a run longer than it was built for, or an exterior fixture wired without the protection an outdoor location actually needs. We check the circuit before we touch the fixture list. Interior, exterior and landscape lighting, LED retrofits, for houses, shops and light industrial buildings, with a lighting warranty offered so a future repair costs less.

Wiring

Twenty-five years of wiring means most of what comes up is not new to us, even if it is new to you. An older Bronson house with ungrounded receptacles and a panel that is already full. A pole barn a hundred feet from the main service that needs its own properly sized feeder. Whole house generators, sized before anything is ordered.

A bad storm should not decide whether the well pump or the freezer keeps running. Standby generators, Generac sales, installation and setup, the pad, the conduit run, the transfer switch, and the inspection that follows it. We walk the property first, work out which circuits actually matter when the power drops, and help you determine the size you need before anything gets ordered. This one usually takes longer to plan than the other two, and that planning is where most of the value is. A generator warranty is offered, so the machine you bought for the next storm stays covered after the one that made you want it.
